Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made upon order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of any issues with size/number, an unlimited free alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.

Since this product is custom-made upon order, there is no return option unless there is a production defect (e.g., heel type, color error).
