Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared upon order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Since this product is produced specially upon order, there is no return option unless there is a production defect (Heel type, color error, etc.).

In case you experience issues with size/number, free alteration and exchange options are offered unlimitedly for the same model.
