Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and is delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Due to this product being custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (such as heel type or color error).

In case of a size issue, an unlimited free alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.
