Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a production error (heel type, color error, etc.).

In case of a size/number issue, an unlimited free alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.

This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
