Delivery and Return Policy

This product is custom-made to order and shipped within 7 business days.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (heel type, color error, etc.).

In case of size issues, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.
