You can create a custom pair of shoes by choosing the model number, color, and heel type.
 

Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of any issue with size/number, free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model without limit.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a production-related defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the day you received it from the cargo.

For this reason, color differences, pore stains, and thorn marks on the surface of the leather are not quality defects; they are characteristics of the product's naturalness.
