Delivery and Return Conditions
This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.
As this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (such as heel type, color error, etc.).
In case of a size issue, an unlimited free alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.

This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
