Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

As this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

In case of sizing issues, unlimited free alterations and exchanges are offered for the same model.

Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are individually produced entirely by hand, so patterns and embellishments between pairs may not be identical.
