Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is prepared custom to order and is delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

As this product is produced custom to order, returns are not available unless there is a production defect (e.g., wrong heel type, color error).

In case of a size issue, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.
