Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared upon order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

As this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (such as heel type or color error).

In case of a size issue, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are individually produced entirely by hand, so the patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
