Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of size/number issues, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

As this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (such as heel type or color error).

You can submit your return/exchange request for the purchased product by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the day you received it from the cargo.
