Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within 7 business days.

Due to this product being custom-made to order, returns are not available unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

If you experience issues with sizing, we offer unlimited free alterations and exchanges for the same model.
