This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within 7 business days.

As this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (such as heel type, color error, etc.).

In case of size issues, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced individually with complete craftsmanship, so patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
