Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of size/number issues, an unlimited free alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (heel type, color error, etc.).

You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the date you received it from the cargo.

Some accessories used in the visuals are for combination purposes and may not be included in the product for sale. Color tones may vary due to light differences during shoots. Leather is a natural material. It is as unique as your skin. For this reason, details such as color differences, pore spots, and thorn marks are not quality defects on the surface of the leather but rather a characteristic of the product's naturalness. Since Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced one by one entirely by hand, the patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
