Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within 7 business days.

As this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

In case of a size issue, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Therefore, color differences, pore stains, and thorn marks, which are irregularities on the surface of the leather, are not quality defects; they are characteristics of the product's naturalness.
