Delivery and Return Conditions
This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.
In case of issues with size, an option for unlimited free alteration and exchange is offered for the same model.
Since this product is custom-made to order, returns are not available unless there is a production error (heel type, color error, etc.).
You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the date you received it from the cargo company.
