Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of size issues, unlimited free alterations and exchanges are offered for the same model.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the date you received it from the cargo.

Description

Since Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are individually produced entirely by hand, patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
