Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within 7 business days.

As this product is custom-made to order, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., wrong heel type, wrong color).

In case of size/number issues, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced individually by hand, so the patterns and embellishments between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
