Sanemiko handmade shoes are custom-made for you upon order. Each pair, crafted from the finest materials, is skillfully hand-cut, carefully stitched, meticulously worked, and perfected to ensure your comfort.

*The molds are true to size. Please choose the shoe size you always wear. The heel/platform ratio of the shoe may vary from the visual depending on the heel height you choose. Our company is not responsible for any problems you may experience due to heel height.

To add a customizable detail to this product, you can choose one of the options in the Customization section on the product page. 

CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS

• I Don't Want Customization
  If you choose this option, the sole heart detail and name detail on the platforms will not be applied to your shoes, even if they appear in the sample images of the product you ordered.

• Heart Detail (Sole)
  If you choose this option, a heart detail will be added to the outsole of your shoes, as shown in the examples in the product photos. You can have the heart painted in any color you want and have any text written inside it. After choosing this option, please specify the heart color and the details to be written inside the heart in the Order Note section. The text color is black and cannot be changed. The examples below are representative.

Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is prepared custom upon order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Since this product is produced custom upon order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (Heel type, color error, etc.).

In case of a size/number issue, an unlimited free alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.

Description

Some accessories used in the visuals are for combination purposes and may not be included in the product for sale. Color tones in shoots may vary due to differences in lighting. Leather is a natural material. It is unique, just like your skin. Therefore, details such as color differences, pore spots, and thorn marks are not quality defects on the leather surface but rather a characteristic of the product's naturalness. Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced one by one with complete hand craftsmanship, so the patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
