Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared upon order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Since this product is custom-made upon order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

In case of size issues, an unlimited free alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.
