Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is prepared custom to order and delivered to cargo within 7 business days.

As this product is custom-made to order, returns are not an option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

In case of a size issue, unlimited free alterations and exchanges are offered for the same model.

Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced individually with complete hand craftsmanship, so the patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical.
