Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of any issues with size/number, free, unlimited alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a production-related defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the date you received it from the cargo.

Description
