Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Due to this product being custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

In case you experience issues with size/number, an option for unlimited free alteration and exchange is offered for the same model.
