You can create a custom pair of shoes by choosing the model number, color, and heel type.
 

Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of any issue with size/number, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Since this product is produced to order and customized, there is no return option unless there is a production defect (such as heel type or color error).

You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an e-mail to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the day you received it from the cargo.

Since Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are individually produced entirely by hand, patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
