Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Due to this product being custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a production defect (such as heel type, color error, etc.).

In case of a size/number issue, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.
