Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is prepared custom to order and delivered to cargo within 7 business days.

As this product is custom made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., wrong heel type, wrong color).

In case of size issues, an unlimited free alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.

This represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art. Leather is a natural material. Just like your skin, it is unique. Therefore, color differences, pore spots, and thorn marks are not quality defects; they are characteristics of the product's naturalness.
