Delivery and Return Conditions
This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.
Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (heel type, color error, etc.).
In case of a size issue, an unlimited free alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.

Since Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced individually with complete handcraftsmanship, the patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
