Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within 7 business days.

Due to this product being custom-made to order, returns are not available unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type error, color error).

In case of size/number issues, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

For this reason, details such as color differences, pore stains, and thorn marks are not quality defects on the leather surface but are characteristic of the product's naturalness. Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced individually with complete hand craftsmanship, so the patterns and embellishments between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
