Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a production-related error (heel type, color error, etc.).

In case of size issues, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are entirely produced one by one with handcraftsmanship, so the patterns and embellishments between pairs may not be identical.
