Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and shipped within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of size issues, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).
