Delivery and Returns Policy

This product is specially prepared upon order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of any issues with size, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Since this product is custom-made upon order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (heel type, color error, etc.).

You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the day you received it from the cargo.
