Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Due to this product being custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a production defect (Heel type, color error, etc.).

If you experience issues with size/number, free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model without limits.
