Delivery and Return Conditions
This product is custom-made upon order and is shipped within a maximum of 7 business days.
In case of size issues, a free, unlimited alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.
Since this product is custom-made upon order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).
You can submit your return/exchange request for the purchased product by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the date of delivery.
