*Sizes are true to fit. Please choose the shoe size you always wear. The heel/platform ratio of the shoe may vary from the visual depending on the heel height you choose. Our company is not responsible for any problems you may experience due to heel height. 

Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made upon order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Due to this product being custom-made upon order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

In case of a size issue, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Description

Some accessories used in the visuals are for combination purposes and may not be included in the product for sale. Color tones may vary in photographs due to differences in lighting. Leather is a natural material. It is unique, just like your skin. Therefore, details such as color differences, pore stains, and thorn marks are not quality defects on the surface of the leather but rather characteristics of the product's naturalness. Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are individually crafted entirely by hand, so the patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.

To add customizable details to this product, you can choose one of the options in the Personalization section on the product page. 

PERSONALIZATION OPTIONS

• I Don't Want Personalization
  If you choose this option, even if a heart detail on the sole and name detail on the platforms are visible in the example images of the product you ordered, they will not be applied to your shoes.

• Heart Detail (Sole)
  If you choose this option, a heart detail will be added to the sole of your shoes, as shown in the examples in the product photos. You can have the heart painted in any color you want and have any text written inside it. After choosing this option, please specify the heart color and the details to be written inside the heart in the Order Note section. The text color is black and cannot be changed. The examples below are representative.
