Delivery and Return Conditions
This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.
As this product is custom-made to order, returns are not available unless there is a manufacturing defect (such as heel type or color error).
In case of a size issue, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Some accessories used in the visuals are for combination purposes and may not be included in the product for sale. Color tones in shoots may vary due to light differences. Leather is a natural material. It is unique, just like your skin. Therefore, details such as color differences, pore marks, and thorn marks are not quality defects on the leather surface but rather characteristics of the product's naturalness. Since Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are individually produced entirely by hand, the patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
