Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and is shipped within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of a size issue, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (such as heel type or color error).

You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the day you received it from the cargo company.

Description

Some accessories used in the visuals are for styling purposes and may not be included in the product for sale. Color tones in the shootings may vary due to differences in lighting. Since Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced individually with complete craftsmanship, the patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be exactly identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
