Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Since this product is produced specifically for the individual upon order, there is no return option unless there is a production error (Heel type, color error, etc.).

In case of a size issue, an unlimited free alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.
