Delivery and Return Conditions
This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.
Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).
In case of a size/number issue, a free, unlimited alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.

This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
