Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is prepared custom upon order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

In case you experience problems with size/number, free unlimited alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.
