Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is prepared to order for each customer and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

If you experience issues with size, an unlimited free alteration and exchange option is offered on the same model.
