*Sizes are true to fit. Please choose the shoe size you always wear. The heel/platform ratio of the shoe will vary from the visual depending on the heel height you choose. Our company is not responsible for any issues arising from heel height.

To add customizable details to this product, you can choose one of the options in the Personalization section on the product page. 

PERSONALIZATION OPTIONS

• I don't want personalization
  If you choose this option, the sole heart detail and name detail on the platforms will not be applied to your shoes, even if they appear in the sample images of the product you ordered.

• Heart Detail (Sole)
  If you choose this option, a heart detail will be added to the sole of your shoe, as shown in the examples in the product photos. You can have the heart painted in any color you want and have any text written inside. After selecting this option, please specify the heart color and the details to be written inside the heart in the Order Note section. The text color is black and cannot be changed. The examples below are representative.

Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is prepared to order, customized for each individual, and delivered to cargo within 7 business days.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

In case of size/number issues, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Description

Some accessories used in the visuals are for combination purposes and may not be included in the product for sale. Color tones may vary due to lighting differences in shootings. Leather is a natural material. It is as unique as your skin. Therefore, details such as color differences, pore spots, and thorn marks are not quality defects on the leather's surface, but rather characteristics of the product's naturalness. Since Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced individually with complete craftsmanship, the patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
