You can create a custom pair of shoes by choosing the model number, color, and heel type.

*The sizing is standard. Please choose the shoe size you always wear. The heel/platform ratio of the shoe may vary from the visual depending on the heel height you choose. Our company is not responsible for any issues arising from the heel height. 

Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of size issues, an option for unlimited free alteration and exchange is offered for the same model.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (such as heel type or color error).

You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the day you receive it from cargo.

Some accessories used in the visuals are for combination purposes and may not be included in the product for sale. Color tones may vary due to differences in light during shooting. Leather is a natural material. It is as unique as your skin. Therefore, details such as color differences, pore marks, and thorn marks are not quality defects on the leather surface but rather characteristics of the product's naturalness. Since Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are individually produced with complete craftsmanship, patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
