Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of issues with sizing/number, unlimited free alterations and exchanges are offered for the same model.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a production defect (such as heel type or color error).

You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to our info@sanemiko.net email account within 2 business days from the day you received it from cargo.
