Delivery and Return Conditions
This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.
As this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).
In case of a size issue, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Some accessories used in the visuals are for combination purposes and may not be included in the product for sale. Color tones may vary due to light differences during shooting. Leather is a natural material. It is unique just like your skin. Therefore, details such as color differences, pore marks, and thorn marks are not quality defects on the leather surface but rather a characteristic of the product's naturalness. Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are individually produced with complete craftsmanship, so patterns and embellishments may not be identical between pairs. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
