Delivery and Return Conditions
This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.
Due to this product being custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).
If you experience issues with sizing, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced one by one with complete craftsmanship, so the patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art. Leather is a natural material. It is unique, just like your skin. For this reason, color differences, pore stains, and thorn marks, which are inequalities on the surface of the leather, are not quality defects; they are characteristics of the product's naturalness.
