As this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (Heel type, color error, etc.).

In case of sizing issues, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Therefore, color variations, pore stains, and thorn marks, which are inequalities on the surface of the leather, are not quality defects; they are characteristics of the product's naturalness.
