Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

As this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (Heel type, color error, etc.).

In case of sizing issues, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Therefore, details such as color differences, pore stains, and thorn marks are not quality defects on the surface of the leather but are characteristic of the product's naturalness. Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products, being produced one by one entirely by hand, may not have identical patterns and embroideries between pairs. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
