Delivery and Return Conditions
This product is custom-made to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.
As this product is custom-made to order, returns are not available unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., wrong heel type, color error).
In case of a size issue, a free, unlimited alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.
