Delivery and Return Conditions
This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.
In case you experience any issues with size/number, an option for unlimited free alteration and exchange for the same model is offered.
As this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a production defect (Heel type, color error, etc.).
You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the day you received it from the cargo.
