*Sizing is true to size. Please choose the shoe size you always wear. The heel/platform ratio of the shoe may vary from the visual depending on the heel height you choose. Our company is not responsible for any issues arising from the heel height. 

Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is prepared custom upon order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of any issues with size, a free and unlimited alteration and exchange option is offered for the same model.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the day you received it from the cargo.
